Mr. Eftekhari is Director of Compliance at Ashford Securities LLC.

Prior to joining Ashford in March 2021, he worked as a Senior Compliance Analyst at Highland Capital Management, L.P. where he provided Compliance services to the affiliated Broker-Dealers and the Registered Investment Advisors on the platform.

Prior to Highland, he worked at HD Vest as a Compliance Consultant primarily focusing on principal review and approval of communications with the public. Prior to HD Vest Mr. Eftekhari was an Associate with Behringer Securities LP.

Mr. Eftekhari received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
