Josh Rubinger joined Ashford Securities as Senior Vice President, Head of National Accounts where he is responsible for business development and expanding relationships throughout the Independent Broker Dealer and RIA community.

Prior to joining Ashford, Josh was Senior Vice President of National Accounts for the Lightstone Group in New York. Josh joined Lightstone to launch their non-traded REIT platform where he established various relationships with Financial Institutions across the country and greatly expanded the footprint for Lightstone’s REIT offerings to include over 100 Broker Dealers and RIAs.

Previously, Josh served as relationship manager at OppenheimerFunds, Inc where he cultivated relationships and effectively positioned Oppenheimer’s various products to financial institutions and advisor firms. Josh also held positions at Columbia Funds and Thompson National Properties.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hamilton College in New York. He is a registered representative with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) holding Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Josh lives in New York City with his wife Stacey and his 9 year old boy/girl twins.
